Independent production

ANSAU Media provides executive media production and distribution coordination under direct client mandate. It is not affiliated with summit organizers or the media outlets listed on this website and does not represent itself as their official partner or accredited press organization.

Client approval and distribution

The client must approve the final video and accompanying copy in writing before release. Distribution is subject to the agreed scope, client authorization, each outlet’s editorial decisions, technical requirements and platform policies. Placement, publication, timing, indexing and continued availability on third-party services are not guaranteed.

Scope and pricing

The website lists a standard package at $3,800 USD / €3,500 EUR with a 50% schedule deposit and 50% balance after written approval of the final video. The final scope, schedule, payment currency, taxes and contracting terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Event filming

Filming is limited to the client’s contracted exhibit perimeter and is subject to applicable venue requirements and permissions.
