Filming takes place only within the client’s contracted exhibit perimeter. Distribution is subject to client approval, outlet acceptance and each platform’s policies.

How soon will we receive a draft?+
The production plan targets a first draft within hours after capture. Timing depends on the event schedule, review window and agreed scope.
Do you publish without our approval?+
No. Written client approval of the final video and associated copy is required before release.
Is distribution guaranteed on every named outlet?+
No outlet placement can be guaranteed. We coordinate submissions and distribution according to the agreed plan; each outlet retains its own editorial and platform policies.
